My poultry blend is one of my personal favorites. It has wonderful hints of cumin and black pepper. This blend is not necessarily defined solely for poultry. It invites you to use your own imagination and culinary skills in the kitchen. Our Poultry blend also includes subtle notes of rosemary and roasted garlic which are my favorite spices to work with. I use this blend on my grilled chicken, salmon, potato dishes, as well as in some of my sauces, and in middle eastern dishes. The spices in this blend will tantalize all who enter the kitchen. Meals prepared with this blend are nicely paired with a nice cold beer, a glass of white wine, or even tea.
