It really just depends on what benefits you’re seeking? Matcha and Maca are incredibly different. As far as variety of nutrients, Maca would be more nutritionally dense and diverse including protein, fiber, antioxidants, over 20 amino acids, vitamin C, copper and iron. However I wouldn’t discount matcha’s high antioxidant levels, catechins, and l-theanine.
