DIY Herbal Tea
At Lone Star Botanicals, we encourage you to experiment with our organic herbs and spices to create your own blends and natural products. It is so much fun to research the benefits of herbs and utilize this knowledge to harness plant power in your own creative way.
One of the best ways to reap the healing benefits of herbs is by preparing them as herbal tea. All of the juicy goodness is released when the herbs steep in hot water. The potent vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are quickly absorbed and go right to work within your body. There’s something really cool about enjoying a cup of tea that you personally crafted, for a specific purpose. We’re obviously proponents of doing things naturally, so we get excited when our customers discover that they can treat headaches, digestive disturbances, anxiety, restlessness, inflammation, skin issues, etc. with herbal remedies.
