Unwind in a warm bath with an herbal TEA BATH. | Add a handful of herbs to a saucepan full of filtered water. Cover and heat until the water starts to simmer. Remove pan from heat before the mixture boils. Let stand for 20 minutes. Remove herbs and pour infused water directly into tub (or add entire mix to bath). Infused water also makes a great face wash once cooled. You can also add the herbs to a large strainer, infuser or muslin bag and place directly in a hot bath. |
