Our Mediterranean Blend is a northern mediterranean styled blend. It is very bold and will instantaneously grab your taste buds attention. This blend combines well with a variety of sauces. One of the ingredients in this blend, ginger, is known for aiding in digestion. I use this blend in my scrumptious alfredo and spaghetti sauces as well as lasagnas, Italian style casseroles, baked potatoes, and some soups. Remember to think outside the box and open up new horizons by substituting your ordinary spices with this blend.
