Description

Botanical Name:  Arctium lappa

Components:  A biennial weed that can grow up to 8 feet tall, burdock is native to Europe and is now found in many places throughout North America. It has large leaves and purplish flowers. The entire plant is edible and is a common vegetable in Japan.
