Description

Botanical Name:  Withania somnifera.

Components:  Ashwagandha is a shrub with oval leaves, yellow flowers, and red berries. The name ashwagandha translates to “smell of a horse” which refers to both the unique aroma of the herb as well as the virility of a horse.
